In this ever changing socio-political environment, and since the shift from the Cold War era to the global threat of terrorism, the team at the Security Website will let you know what information is of use to you, along with other useful information regarding intelligence policies and intelligence resilience and oversight. COUNTER TERRORISM STRATEGY (CONTEST) ***** NEW ***** The aim of CONTEST is to reduce the risk to the UK and its interests overseas from terrorism, so that people can go about their lives freely and with confidence. The scope of this revised CONTEST strategy has been broadened to cover all forms of terrorism.
